Because they can be used to help him climb up buildings. Or at least, that seems to be the theory with young fellas.

Because you have taught him to see past the brightly colored packages and primary colored plastic and to use his imagination to make anything fun.
Besides – you can’t stick a toy on top of a head & get it stuck (although, he probably doesn’t know that either.
:O)
