Little Bit of Money, Lots and Lots of Fun

So, I was in the store the other day and they were selling Squirmles.

Squirmles are these little fuzzy things attached to strings.

Not much of a toy, when you think about it.

However, I bought three because I’ve got kids who play with cardboard boxes, so something that is cheap and not much of a toy would probably be a big hit around here.

I was right.

They’ve gotten hours of entertainment out of these things.

They’ve made obstacle courses, wound them around bannisters and cabinet handles.

They stick them in their pockets and treat them like little pets.

$2.99 for a set of a big and a little.

Not to be cliche, but the hours of entertainment?

Priceless.

  1. HA! The part about having kids who play with cardboard boxes cracked me up! So true.

I remember loving those things when I was a kid…now I must go on a hunt here in CA for some of that “cheap” fun!
