Most days, we are pretty darn happy around here.
Some days, however, one or two or all of us are grumpy.
The other day, it was Monkey Girl’s turn.
I had the kids at the park.
We were playing.
We were laughing.
We were having a blast.
Well…
…almost all of us.
I’m sorry…perhaps you aren’t getting the full effect of the drama.
Yes.
When she’s grouchy, this is the drama.
Some days, door slamming and foot stomping accompany this doleful expression.
But, on this day, it was just the face…the long sighs…
I love this kid.

Looks like someone had a rough day at school. I’d take this kind of grumpy over Derek’s ANYDAY!
