On Wednesday morning, my team put together a clothesline of baby clothes for me.
It was a wonderful surprise.
By the time you get to baby #4, heck, by the time you get to baby #2, you don’t expect gifts or a fuss.
So, imagine my surprise and appreciation to have these adorable little clothes hanging in my classroom.
My girl students immediately began writing on the board “Happy Baby Day” and my boy students immediately began wondering what the heck was going on.
It was fun and exciting and just a really nice reminder that something big is happening soon.
I looked at those clothes all day, and when I took them down and held them in my hands, I couldn’t believe that soon, I will be holding someone small enough to fit inside of them!
It’s absolutely amazing, and I can’t wait!
